these pens are as brilliant on white paper as they show. nice varied selection. on black paper they look ok but very different and a lot of the colors look the same. nice glitter effect on black and white paper. ive purchased other metallic pens that did not look as brilliant as advertised, but these are amazing. i noticed that the name of the colors are printed on the base of the pen. however, some of the colors seemed like they were named wrong or the ink was in the wrong container. turquoise for instance looked like green and green looked like turquoise etc. no big deal, creating a test sheet of swatches of each and naming them is an easy fix, so you don't have to hunt for the color you want. i will buy these again if they wear out. love them.
