I used this mount for about two or three weeks before the adhesive on the mount came off and one day I put my phone on the mount , it detached from the bracket. the car is no longer sticky. I'm glad the manufacturer didn't want to damage the car but also want to use a better adhesive so I don't have to find car safe mount glue or a new mount for my phone. **EDIT** The customer service team is great though. They contacted me immediately when I had this issue and quickly worked with me to resolve the issue. They have incorporated my feedback and are working with the manufacturer to provide a quality product.
