This thing is both great and bad.- Works amazing on the Miele C3. This thing cleans unruly hoarse hairs off the carpet unlike any vacuum I've used. It is very easy to manoeuvre, as you would expect from a Miele floor nozzle. It also works very well on hard floors. I personally like LED lighting. If not, then take a cheaper model. Basically, the thing is ridiculously overpriced, but that's all Miele products, I've supplied comparable floor nozzles with much cheaper vacuum cleaners. The fact that this floor nozzle costs more than a regular vacuum cleaner drives me crazy. But being a Miele you get exceptional performance and durability and this item is no exception, paired with the C3 it does a lot better on carpets than any other vacuum I've used (I think it has more to offer to do with the vacuum cleaner itself). , no floorhead) Anyway, for the insanely high price, this floorhead still lacks in many ways - some vacuums have a couple of screws to remove the brush roll, and some are even designed to be removed without tools. Hair and other fibers get tangled up in this brushroll like any other vacuum, and being able to remove the brushroll is a lot nicer than turning that heavy thing upside down and pulling out a razor blade to snip it all out. - Why do they make it so difficult to serve end users? It's worth noting that it doesn't seem to hold up particularly well in an upright position. The brush head is great but in my opinion you really are paying too much for a fairly average piece with this unit - but if you want a Miele vacuum that's only part of the experience.
