My daughter is 4 years old and is very skinny and tall. I bought her a size 4-5 and it was a bit big for her - I was concerned it would be too tight if I went for a 3-4 but she has room to grow. It didn't seem too big to others, but it was big. For people complaining about it, this dress MUST BE STEAMED. Only 2 photos of the dress and bow are fresh out of the box and one of them is hanging after steaming. There are several threads hanging there. $20. CUT IT OUT. For $20 I got exactly what I expected - a dress that would be perfect for a father-daughter dance, and if it breaks later, so be it. I would definitely buy again.
