Review on Cordless Roman Shade Espresso 35x64 - RADIANCE 2208836E by Paul Wall

The first knee I ordered (above left) was too light and clear , so I got a coffee-colored tint, the mounts were bent, and the screens were slightly frayed (single gaps and jagged edges can be seen in the top right). I can also see signs of wear on the wood mount (where someone tightened the wing nuts with washers underneath). They allowed me a quick exchange even though the orders had to be explained to Amazon customer service straight away. Although I could go through anything. It's just that the brackets bent when they were replaced. I spent an extra hour installing the brackets for which the previous pilot holes from the previous order were already drilled! , the first delivery was flawless. They were brand new, second exchange. were a different story. To be honest I doubt I can return them because I've spent so much time waiting for an exchange and installing 'used', defective/faulty braces. I would buy thrm again if not using the second pair. So I recommend buying it, just don't plan on buying a new one if you need an exchange.
