Great product overall. That's why the holder has a very strong suction cup, durable construction, is adjustable in many positions and you can place it on almost any surface that barely has enough space for the suction cup. However, the wireless charging function is complicated. I think wireless charging generates heat unlike cable charging and I live in Texas so it gets hot most of the day and year. Wireless charging is very temperature sensitive. It took me some time to figure that out. I'm trying to think of a way to cool it down by pointing one of the air conditioner vents at it. But the charge is still enough to keep the current percentage, it can lose 2-3% in a couple of hours. When the phone and charger cool down, it charges very quickly and is just as good as the cable. I love it, just gotta keep it cool. Edit: 16 months later the store stopped working. I liked it while it worked.
