Review on Discover Acer XF272 Xbmiiprzx: FreeSync Technology, 1920X1080, 240Hz, High Dynamic Range by Mike Hersey

I am very happy with this monitor and the only reason this isn't a 5 star rating is that the monitor had a really bad "burnt plastic" smell when it arrived, which basically went away after about a week , but not completely.

I don't think the problem is with the internal electronics as the monitor stays cool and doesn't produce any significant fan noise/hum that I would expect from an overheated monitor. The smell was immediately present even when I first opened the box.
