Latch fell apart good for saddlebags

I've had this on my bike for about 4000 miles, less than 60 days and it fell apart while riding. Luckily only the rear pin fell out and the lock kept the lid closed. The company said they would send me a new cap. So at least it looks like they support their product and do it right.
