After reading the previous reviews I felt I should write my own to help one to help potential buyers. Apparently the previously applied adhesive strips were not thermally conductive. I bought these in March 2018 and they now come with real hot melt adhesive strips. Now I start my 3D printer and I can feel the heat going through the heatsinks and the steppers are noticeably colder. My only complaint has to do with the adhesion of the strips. I just installed them tonight and am already wondering if they will stand the test of time, especially in a vibrating environment like a 3D printer. I will update the review to indicate if this is the case. Hope they don't fall off! I bought some hot glue as a backup. Also, be careful when using it; The strips are not completely cut and stick to each other. Either pre-cut with scissors or be very careful.
