As a flat rate mechanic, any tool that saves me time allows me to get the job done faster and get more work done in a day. This twin piston supercharger works instantly - just pull the trigger. It works just like a caulking gun but is MUCH more powerful. Yes, you can use it on a single piston caliper - you just need to position it so the black part grips the caliper pin and the pushing part is square on the piston. It's not intended for this tool, but I find it works great nonetheless. The single-piston Lisle, which looks somewhat similar to this one, doesn't perform as well as this twin-piston.
