This phone holder arrived quickly. Has multiple mounting options. Nice design on the holder part as it was able to grab and hold my phone in the case (iPhone X) securely. I tested the strength of the grip and shook it as hard as I could for a few minutes. Once it was installed on the bike I grabbed my phone and was able to lift the bike off the ground a bit (not recommended). The grip is tight! Regarding the assembly, I had some problems when I realized that the nut that attaches the screw to the fastener that goes around the handlebars was not present, neither in the packaging, nor in the description of the scope of delivery, nor designation on the internet. This is an easy fix at the hardware store. I just want everyone to know they're ready. I've had the same issue with every Delta phone mount I've bought so it's not a brand issue. Either way, there is another mounting option that is bolted to the stem. To be honest I didn't use that option either because I have a head tube extender to increase the number of bars on the handlebars and a mounting bolt that doesn't fit the stem mounting hole. I attached a piece of a Minora brand lamp holder that I no longer use that was large enough to bypass the stem. I attached part of the holder to this old bracket that I hadn't used in a while and the screw fitted. So now I have a modified version of this mount, as Red Green said, "If women don't find you beautiful, they should at least find you practical." I can't speak to the ease of installation, but I can say that this mount holds my phone firmly without loosening the screw while driving. If you're worried about your phone's security, you can easily add one of those rubber gizmos that grip each of the corners of your phone. With my phone attached, I can drive and use my phone with ease. I'm a small entity, unobtrusive and functioning well. Good product, deducted one star because not all parts are available.
