ONE mistake ruined THIS best in hand and wrist brace

This brace was perfect except for one big, uncomfortable and painful mistake. The part that goes from the palm between the thumb and forefinger to the back of the hand leans too far towards the thumb. The fabric is unevenly attached to the thumb and forefinger. Instead, just the edge of the fabric is pressed against the base of the thumb, right where the webbing begins. The photo shows how this fabric is folded at the palm and extended even more than it already is to the thumb. I can't imagine this being comfortable for a normal person. I measured my wrist, selected and got the right size. This not only leads to severe tension, discomfort and ulcers on the straps. It exerts so much pressure that it hurts to the bone. I've tried stretching the fabric, unclipping and adding padding but to no avail. It's a real shame because this brace was really comfortable, thin and supportive in everything else.
