I bought this product in the summer of 2018 for a trip to Africa. Good news. The good news is that this product is well configured; I had all the sockets and adapters I needed for Rwanda, Tanzania and I'm sure the rest of Africa when I needed them. the standard three-pin connector in the block did not work. Also, a small crack formed in the case at the corner of the cover outlet. Great news. The good news is that Foval's customer service has been exemplary. After returning from a business trip, I shared with them the problems associated with my device. They responded quickly to my disappointment and sent me a new device free of charge without hesitation. In my experience, every product contains lemons. Someone will always get it someday eventually. It happened to me this time. The key to these types of problems is how good the company is at solving them. In my case I couldn't be happier. Foval deserves credit for customer service.
