Waste of money: Router

I put in a Project FI SIM and another T-Mobile SIM and it still won't connect Seller. I contacted the seller and he was even able to give me details. Didn't let me into the admin panel at all. I needed this during the Corona period to work from my home internet and it totally let them down.
