Review on P.L.A.Y. - Lounge Bed by Pet Lifestyle and You: Ultimate Comfort for Your Furry Friend by Melissa Dean

I've never paid that much for a dog bed, but after doing a lot of research and reading positive reviews about Revain, I decided to bite the bullet. I bought big jeans with orange trims. Our 70 lb dog has been sleeping on this bed for a few months now so I'm ready to give my feedback. I am very happy with this purchase. There are many things I like about this bed. i like the style It just looks really good in my opinion. I think my dog likes the bolster the way she holds it on the bed. He can even stretch out on his back and never rolls onto the ground. I also like the roller on the edge - my dog is a "medium sheder" and the roller helps keep his coat in place. There's far less hair on our hardwood floors than on any other bed we've had. I use the upholstery attachment on our canister vacuum to clean my bed and it cleans well. Takes a while because the hair sticks to the jeans, but better there than on the floor. The fabric appears to be very durable. Haven't washed it yet but I like how it opens up so it can be washed. Although the bed was very expensive compared to what I've bought in the past I think it will last a long time so it's a good long term purchase. The only thing I would change is a few things on the inner pillow. Would like more toppings. After a few weeks I added some polyfill I had on hand and figured it was an improvement. I would also like the inner pillow - white - to be zipped so you can pad it as needed over time. As it is, I opened the denim cover, placed the fiberfill on the inner pillow and closed it again. Nevertheless, I gave the dog beds 5 stars because the positive aspects far outweigh the problem with the inner cushion.
