. 2" to 1-1/4" hitch receiver converter. What else can you say here? he fits It is difficult. The holes match. So why visit again? Just to add a point, converting the receiver to 1-1/4" usually means you attach something small to the hitch, in my case a Thule bike rack. But this converter extends the hitch by 7 inches and could put your bike rack (or whatever) so far behind your car's rear bumper that you're carrying a significant amount of weight a significant distance from the attachment point. Your original 2" hitch may have two holes to attach this transducer's pin through and one may be far enough forward on the 2" receiver that this is not a problem. However, when you buy it, consider whether you need an extension and check your hitch to see if you can lower it so that the extension is not a problem. Finally, I don't understand the complaints among the reviews here that this gear is the wrong size. It's no bigger than any other towbar converter I've used and my Thule works great with it.
