I replaced this all black one after trying the carbon fiber blue one. Black has better grip on a soft surface than blue with an odd texture. After a long shot, your hand will be much more comfortable with it. Also, the black one has a smaller mounting surface than the blue one so I don't accidentally bump into the grip when setting up my camera. The last black one has a lower price than the blue one. It takes a long time to balance the camera, once properly balanced it is very smooth. The gimbals are a lot smoother than these, but if you can handle them properly, they make for a more natural look.
