I bought one in August and was happy because YAY! NEW PC! Worked very smoothly right out of the box, upgraded the monitor to 240Hz, for the first time I was able to play at maximum graphics quality with no frame lag, and it was overwhelming to watch the games I play a lot but in a different way and way. Disadvantage? I spent the whole month that I was working with PC fixing random blue screens. (Happening since day 1). I've tried updating drivers that I thought were out of date, updated the PC to the latest version, waited for the PC to crash (which it will), then searched the internet for more solutions. Had to return it before the return deadline. I still liked the PC, so I bought another one with the money I made. The same problem. Ready to use, endless blue screens. Maybe I was just unlucky and both PCs randomly had memory issues. I sent it back two days after I had it and I will be returning it. That might be a nitpick, but for some reason the metal on the back of the case, where all the USB ports are supposed to plug in, was slightly warped upon arrival. (As if it was pushed out instead of being flat). Edit: The version of Windows that came with this PC is so broken that even a factory reset doesn't fix the problem. This is such an incredibly stressful experience that I hope no one has to go through this because I hate dealing with computer problems AND I hate troubleshooting how to factory reset a pc that doesn't have the factory settings is reset.
