Four stars is good for lighting and ceiling fans
I use this to light up my bearded dragon's cage. I use a different bulb so I can't comment on the quality of this bulb but it's nice to have one included if you use it for under cabinet lighting. Installing a cable (not included) in one of the holes located around the metal case. There are knockout holes on both sides, making it suitable for any installation method. You'll need to use the included wire nuts to connect the power cord to the mount, but that's pretty easy. I would buy it again if I needed to replace the fluorescent bulb, it's well made and high quality.
