It arrived in a day, took about 15 minutes to swap out both sides at a leisurely pace and works great. Couldn't be happier. There was no need to order additional brackets as all were in good condition and working properly. There is a video on You Tube in which the housewife makes the replacement herself. The video was helpful. Rather than prying and prying the bracket out of the regulator body, simply use a thin screwdriver to slightly pry both sides open by inserting into each of the top corners of the body and gently prying inward. You can see it is a snap part that opens to remove the old bracket. You can see it in another video. EAP W10350376 corresponds to old kitchen aid number W010350374 from 2012. Better reel design makes this a big improvement. Let's see how it holds up over time.
