Unsuccessful purchase, I am disappointed.

They gave it to me, so I wouldn't have been any happier than I already am. These issues are never-ending with unlocking, which enrages. The S9 was quick and had a scanner underneath the screen. Of course, you can take off the protective glass and the scanner operates swiftly, but if you damage the screen, you'll have to pay more than half as much to have it fixed and the phone will already be less spontaneous afterward. If you previously owned a S7, you can upgrade to an S10; however, if you currently own a S8 or S9, you should not purchase an S10. I have always purchased the most recent Samsung models, switching to a new one every year. I will no longer purchase Samsung products because of this phone.

Cons

1. The fingerprint scanner with a protective glass almost does not work; you have to press firmly on the screen before the issue is resolved. Facial detection is sluggish and frequently fails. 2. The ability to change the photo extension has been removed, making it impossible to take high-resolution photos. I used my Samsung S9 to take crisp pictures. 3. A weak battery requires frequent charging, but it does so quickly.
