First off, let me say that I don't care if my sports bras are "sexy". Rschunimagu. I just need it to keep me in place during workouts! The sports bras I liked were no longer being made, so I was looking for something new. I ordered one of these to see how I like it. I'm 34B so I ordered a medium size according to the size chart. It fitted well, but I felt like I could get away with running with Small. I ordered 2 small ones and they are great for walking. For me, Medium is great for yoga, weightlifting, or low-intensity exercise. It is also convenient for everyday wear. The small model is ideal for more intensive training. The pads are not attached and may fall out in the wash, but they're really easy to put back on. I would recommend ordering according to the chart for low impact activities, but for running (or anything that involves hopping) you may need to order a size down.
