We installed them before we rode the bike and it was the best decision we made. I'm a beginner and on day 2 I managed to drop the bike and all that happened to it was a small scratch on the sliders and a bent clutch (which buckled back slightly). It was low speed but it saved our bike from scratches or even broken something else. I would definitely recommend her. They are easy to install and definitely worth the money.
