I originally bought this humidifier because I live in a high desert with extremely low humidity. I have very dry eyes and have started using a humidifier to help alleviate the condition. Unfortunately, my bedroom has very high ceilings so I can't adjust the humidity properly, but a humidifier solves most of the problem. I'll try putting it on a higher stand to see if that helps and my ceiling fan is on winter mode. I like that the humidifier is very quiet and so nice that you don't have to clean the filter. Cleaning is easy and the product looks like new with no limescale deposits. I clean every 6 days according to instructions. I like it. After three months I started having problems with something like the bearings in the humidifier fan blade making a louder noise every time I filled the tank and put it back on the base. If I turned it off and waited for the noise to stop and then restarted the humidifier it would work great. I knew the fan failure was only a matter of time. I contacted proaller support for help and two days later Sue informed me that another humidifier had been shipped to me. I can't even put into words how nice it is to get help so quickly and so quickly. Thank you Proaller for being the kind of company that cares about their customers even after the sale. You are the best!
