Like most longtime fish farmers I have always been suspicious of products advertised as nitrifying bacteria starters. I have always believed these products to be a scam. I've recently had trouble cycling some of my new aquariums and out of desperation I decided to give some of these products a try! I haven't had much luck with common bacteria starters found at pet stores, but I saw a good review of this product online from a longtime enthusiast and decided to give it a try. I'm really amazed at the results! This product got 10 gallons and 20 gallons per cycle in exactly 7 days and during that time I never had an ammonia or nitrite spike and never had to change my water. I'm honestly amazed! If you're struggling with a new tank, I highly recommend this starter. I'm so glad I tried this product and will definitely be using it religiously in the future!
