Package arrived on time and in good condition. I'm having trouble installing the wiper. The problem wasn't the wiper, it was that I didn't understand how to install it. It's actually quite easy once you know how. I contacted the seller about my problem. He/she replied immediately and provided a video showing how to install it. After watching the video it was easy to install. I expect it to work well but I haven't had a chance to use it in the rain yet. If I do I will update this review as needed. These wipers fit my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek without modification. An additional benefit is that the product includes 2 wipers for the price.
