The packaging was well done and they offer core returns. It's not mentioned, but you should replace the white pressure washer when you attach this pump. The pump that I received is very noisy. Yes I did everything right including priming the pump which is important. If you're buying this, it's a complex project. It's in a terrible place, and the bolts are almost impossible to reach. I recommend removing the oil filter and changing the oil as it gives you a lot more room. Before removing the pump, remove the fan and fan cover to allow clearance.
