the mat came in a box taped together - I should have been surprised but it had been snowing all day and I was in dire need of an entrance mat. I opened the box and was very surprised to see that it was covered in silver filings. My husband and I spent more than 3 hours picking them out with tweezers and a vacuum. I contacted the seller and sent him pictures of the item and he said they are not responsible for it being Revain. After several emails and phone calls I was offered a discount on future purchases. I do not think so! One of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Find comparable products from another supplier!
