What happened to barbie?
My 8 year old collects barbies and has been very into the Christmas season for the past few years. She has some really beautiful ones with a lot of detail in her clothes and hair. In recent years the quality has simply gone down and the price has gone up. (like most things I guess) Last year the fabric was cheap and the hair wasn't anything special. This year it's like they took the same model as last year but changed the dress from gold to silver. Nothing special and definitely nothing special for the price. She loves getting one every year so I feel like I should buy her but so disappointed in Mattel! Have better holidays Barbie is an icon!
