So when I bought this chair it had 0 ratings so I took a chance. I've had a bowel movement for about 4 hours. Let me tell you a short story. So from the moment I opened the box, I knew it was going to be some kind of nonsense. It looked like someone had just thrown all the pieces in the box. They were wrapped in bubble wrap but that was alarming. I will say that not a single detail was damaged. Next thing is the instructions they had were terrible! But if you have common sense you will understand. The box contains all the screws, there were about 4 or 5 different types of screws BUT they put them all in one bag instead of separate bags! But let me tell you, once you assemble this chair, it will be very good! You just have to complete all the challenges listed above. So I know you're wondering COP OR NOT? This chair is definitely a cop! This is a really good chair for the price, super durable! Companies only have to work on the packaging
