Cartridges purchased in March 2019 for a little used home office (Canon MFC733Cdw.) Even with COVID the printer is used 3 times a week averaging 6 sheets each time. The black color is faint and uneven on the page; Since November the yellow cartridge leaves small light yellow dots on the right side of the page, now the blue cartridge does the same on the left side, all in black writing. Two calls to the techs and our own disturbing shot didn't fix either issue - the techs say it's a gamble to use low-end replacement cartridges. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. So for my work I pay another 20x for Canon cartridges. By the way, unlike Canon, these cartridges are not recycled. They just throw them away, which is unacceptable to some. To update. After installing the Canon cartridges, we ran a test. No cleaning of the machine, only cartridge change. The first page printed with Canon cartridges was perfect. Like the next 10, great colors and darkness. So we removed the Canon cartridges and put them back in Greensky. All cartridges were more than 75% full. We printed the page and on the back there were stripes, blue and yellow dots. Tried 5 more sites, same thing. The colors were off (cyan was purple when printed in blue, etc.) and looked faded. So back to Canon cartridges and back to perfect printing. Greensky cartridges and inks cause poor copy quality.
