I have flat feet and was very happy to get them because of all the good reviews. The shape of the orthopedic insole looks great, but the blue pillow is very cheap. My first observation was that the blue pad had been hastily cut around the heel and placed unevenly over the orthotics. It didn't really bother me until literally the second day of use the blue pillow started falling off. (First photo). After a week it got so uncomfortable it was folding under my foot that I just took the rest off and then noticed the black liner underneath was barely bonded at the front and arch and was bubbling up in the middle too which came right up. (See the second photo I just took). Well it looks like I wasted my money and should have bought expensive ones to start with. I'm about to throw them away because I can't get them back in what appears to be 5 years of heavy use, which is actually only a week of light use.
