Overall a pretty solid shelf that can be drilled into the wall for extra security if desired. The puppy tried to bite off the tree and it didn't leave any marks so the quality is decent. With two people and a drill it took about 30 minutes to assemble, the instructions say you must have a drill. All the parts needed were there but was missing an extra screw which he said was included in case you lost it. Part marker decals are also randomly placed so they can be seen. You can easily remove them with goo-gone; but if you plan on taking the shelf apart in the future I would find a more subtle way of marking them. In any case, this is a very nice shelf. Pretty 10/10, ease of use 10/10, easy assembly 8/10 (if you have the right hardware).
