Well I have two of these. Let me start by saying I broke the first time I used it. I tried to remove a regular clamp in a tight space and it broke. The manufacturer says that they are not made for heavy use, but for a good fit. But the replacement that was sent to me quickly did its job perfectly! I bought this for my Harley to tighten a screw between the engine that I couldn't reach with a regular screwdriver and the inside of my fairing as everything is plastic and I don't want to over tighten and tear anything. It's perfect for this kind of work! In short, it doesn't do anything crazy like a regular ratchet, but it's high quality and very small. The customer service alone has been fantastic and I will be back for new products as well as more of these gift rattles.
