After months of listening to my husband brag about how much better he sleeps, I finally gave in and decided to try the duvet myself. He was NOT joking. Also as a bad sleeper (or at least I didn't think so) it seems to have calmed my latent anxiety at night. Not only do I wake up more relaxed and rested, I also fall asleep much easier. There's definitely something that fools your brain into thinking it's going to be hugged all night, which will make you switch off like never before.
