They work well once you find the right size in the mess you have to unload to compare and find the right size. The sizes are not so different from each other. BUT they are all smaller than I have experienced before. Of course I have big hands for a woman, but even the largest size is small. I needed this for a thumb with 7 stitches and significant bandages so it didn't work for that, but it was fine for showering if I took the bandage off and just bandaged it and used a fingertip. However, it is still tight and therefore not suitable for long periods of time as it tends to cut off blood flow.
