Connected, the computer recognized it and installed the device. I then searched the available networks, found my 5G network and connected. The device connected but told me it couldn't find an internet connection. He found internet on 2.4G band. I found this odd as all my Alexa devices found the internet on the 5G band network as well as two other computers. I checked for additional drives to see if it was my problem but found I had the latest versions. I then logged into a different 5G network and was again told there was no internet access on that network. This product is worthless to me. Update: After running the installer again, I can now connect to both 5G networks and access the internet.
