My husband had a purse 4"x4" for many years. I tried to duplicate that according to size. But I wasn't able to do that at all after a never-ending search of this magnitude. These sizes are simply not made anywhere else. The size of this wallet is 4 x 4.5 inches. That's the closest I can get. I want it to be the size he wanted as it is important to him that it can be easily slipped in and out of his pockets. This one sticks a little because of the extra 1/2 inch. Now he's happy with that as he's seen everything I've been through and said that from now on he will wear a different type of pants where there are pockets. a bit bigger so size isn't that much of an issue anymore. Anyway, it has the same style on the inside as the old one, with credit card slots and a deeper bill compartment that it likes than the standard 3.5 inch wallet only a little excess length which was a problem. The one I couldn't replicate anywhere was a true square and easy to pull thread out of pocket. Since this size could not be found anywhere (reference to a wallet manufacturer), this is the best option at the moment. The quality is excellent, the skin, although not thin, is pleasant to the touch.
