Just a terrible product, very upset.

For 20 years I respected this brand, all the equipment in the house of this brand and everything was always fine, until one “BUT” happened, namely, with the A71 smartphone, I had to turn to warranty obligations for the first time, there were a little more than two weeks left before the end of the warranty, right here it all started. I turned to them, everything is indicatively good, they came, took it, repaired it and returned it. The warranty ended successfully, the phone worked for three months and again it broke down, but now there is no guarantee, and now it’s all paid, and there is such a replacement kit . it turns out I was made to make it work, but they didn’t eliminate the cause of this, in general, the service didn’t I am satisfied, I will slowly move away from this brand, I do not recommend .

Terrible warranty service. Somehow they fix it, but after three months the warranty ends and it breaks in the same way. No, I don’t argue about the brand itself, I never complained, and sometimes I don’t exclude some gaps, I write more not because it breaks, as this may be a special case, but about the fact that they don’t want to fix their jambs for free .
