I got this for my adopted Sphynx cat. She catches cold easily, so I thought it would be good for her. She hasn't used the cave function yet, but she likes to sit in it. Washed several times in the washing machine (room temperature water). And washed well. Although there is a persistent wet dog smell when washing (I washed 3-4 cycles with each wash and the smell is still there). The smell disappears when drying. I didn't use the dryer. I dry on my heater in the room. Overall 5*
