We have moved several items including heavy items such as a sofa and refrigerator. To the credit of the product, it helped us get the job done every time. However, despite trying different wheel placements, the wheels often did not turn easily, causing anything that slid on them or carts to tip over. This was done on a vinyl plank floor that is as smooth as possible. I expected it to be a complete failure on carpet and we saw problems with the short carpet movement we tried. We compensated for the issues by constantly checking the carts while moving objects and making frequent adjustments to stay on track. This even happened when the object's legs were placed in carts, and we also tried plastic washers to see if they would make a difference. Someone else wrote that the product doesn't seem to hold the advertised weight, which is probably correct. Personally, I don't need this when objects are under 75 pounds, so it may be better for lighter objects.
