Good quality, good color, delivery on time. Regarding sizing: I don't know how everyone has exact waist measurements. Mine ranges from 23 to 27 inches a day depending on how much I've eaten, if I'm vacuuming, if I want something to be snug or loose, etc. I bought the xs because the small size was out of stock. It's tight around the waist, which I like, but it's a bit hard to get on my butt (36 inches at the widest point). It's barely long enough to cover my butt, but when I roll over or even bend over, it shows my underwear. Love the skirt, but consider going up a size if you have a big butt, need room to tuck your sweater in, or want some freedom of movement. Also, I find that pleated skirts have some that flare right out from the waist, while others are a little tight between the waist and hips and then flare out. This skirt is the latter, so it tends to flatter my hips, which I find unflattering, but none of my friends notice or understand what I'm talking about. Overall I'm happy with the skirt but would probably buy a size smaller if I order from them again.
