No air bubbles. Followed the troubleshooting suggestions and after charging and soaking the water in the cup for 8 hours according to the included instructions, there was still no bubbles. Searched the internet for other solutions and discovered that the mug has a hydrogen generator that not only adds hydrogen to your water but also ozone and chlorine.
