I'm upset because I really like everything about this mouse. I love the shape, the light, the fact that it's cordless. HOWEVER, the first mouse I bought by accident stopped working after about 2 months. One day it worked perfectly, and the next day the computer or receiver stopped recognizing it for no apparent reason. When I plugged it in to charge and thought the battery was dead, the green light came on to indicate it was still fully charged. I left it on for 2-3 hours anyway, just to be sure. For some reason the mouse either stopped detecting the wireless receiver or vice versa. I've tried every USB port on my computer. I tried connecting the receiver to TWO additional computers. There are no dice. It just didn't work anymore. So I contacted support and they sent me a replacement for free. Big! But now, after a month of use, I have the same problem AGAIN. The mouse worked fine yesterday. I turned on my computer this morning and the mouse stopped working. Exactly the same problem. I tried to "charge" it again even though it said it was fully charged. I've tried plugging the receiver into different USB ports, different computers, EVERYTHING. Once again, communication between mouse and receiver seems to have stopped. I think this is something else to add to the electronics recycling pile! There is NO reason why I had to go through TWO of these mice in 3.5 months, but I don't want to try and get another replacement for now. I will just buy another mouse from a different brand.
