There are plenty of pros and cons, but I'm too lazy to list them all, so I wrote what exactly I liked / disliked the most. Has pros: Support for android 12, which radically changed the phone (I found the transition from 11 to 12, from 12 it is much more convenient and beautiful). Another convenient thing is that the "link to Windows" application has already been downloaded. Different cons: It lags a lot in everyday tasks. Quite a lot of bugs in the firmware itself. Sometimes it cannot connect to wifi normally (this was not the case with the previous phone)
