This grinding wheel makes fun of concrete. Keep this wheel moving as it will dig in if you stay too long. It produces a ton of dust (no wonder). Tip: let the speed of the tool do the work, don't push too hard if there's any force at all. I had to use two hands to control the instrument, otherwise the instrument would give me commands (again, no surprise). Considering you're grinding concrete, the disc has a surprisingly long lifespan. The only downside is that I couldn't use a regular tool to tighten the wheel on the tool since the cup was too recessed (if that makes any sense). I used channel locks instead and the blade stayed attached throughout the job - no problem. If you're trying to polish granite this disc isn't for you, but if you're looking to smooth a rough concrete surface look no further.
