I waver between 3 and 4 stars for that. I bought this set because I bought a mix of latex and mylar balloons for my child's birthday and I didn't want to a) get balloons from Party City and pay to inflate them, nor b) buy a helium balloon and wanted to fill it up. myself (helium tank reviews suck). I figured this would be an easy fix. First, there are no instructions. Being new to balloon bouquets I had no idea what to do with everything and it took me a while to figure it out. The sticks don't fit together exactly, so you'd better not put a heavy balloon on it because it will flap around. I had to secure mylar balls with tape (18" and 24") to prevent this. It mostly worked for what I needed, but if you put them outside where a light breeze can ruffle them, they're more likely to collapse. Or make sure you glue the connecting rods together to make the connection stronger. The connectors don't fit snugly onto the plastic tubing and things tend to flap around. It had decent reviews, so maybe I just got a crappy set?
