Rotty is safe! Best of Dogs

My dog is a 130 pound Rottweiler. We live in the country and don't have a fence so I use it for coke when I can't stay with him while he goes potty. He likes to hunt chickens and cats, so he pulls that cord and it's perfectly intact.
