I titled my review aptly for a reason. I'll get to that in a moment. I wanted to decorate my desktop. I only recently found out about LED mice/gaming pads. I had no idea they even existed and when I saw one I knew I had to buy it. In fact, you can find dozens of them all over Revane. They also differ significantly in price. I spent an hour looking at reviews on several different models and to be honest I still didn't know if I was buying the best LED panel at this price point. So I ended up choosing this brand. It really depended on the position of the switch. I wanted it to be on the top edge while many of these pads have the switch on the side. It also had many positive reviews. This is a solid purchase as it turned out to be exactly what I was hoping for. The material of this gamepad is top notch. The surface is very smooth under the palms. It has a good backing so the rug doesn't slip. Best of all, the LED lighting is a pleasure to use and look at. I wanted the brightness control, which is. There are many different colors to choose from as well as swirling patterns. The product was packed in a box and flattened perfectly so there were no lumps anywhere. It lies absolutely flat. All in all it was everything I wanted and hoped for. I didn't have to spend a fortune and this certainly looks like a product I could have spent more on. That says a lot about the quality of this mouse pad.
