Resold defective goods
The goods came with a broken strap. It was immediately clear that the bag had previously been sold and returned by someone else. The label is already cut off and simply put in the pocket. It is annoying that someone else has already returned and resold this DEFECTIVE item to me. The bag wasn't packed well so it was wrinkled. And the color is actually darker than the picture.
